The annual Classic & Restoration Show at the NEC is a terrifically entertaining event, showcasing both a superb range of classic cars, and also work in progress from 'basket cases' to subtle tweaks.

Please register your interest here and we will alert you when our stand is confirmed and a discount code to buy tickets becomes available.

As usual, we will have a very welcoming stand that will include Astons (naturally) and parts/fixes that AstonSpares have developed to help us all enjoy our cars for longer and at reasonable cost!

We look forward to seeing you, and chatting with you, at the NEC.

Last year, we had a great weekend, shared with many other car clubs, at the first running of this event.

It's now been rebranded as Car Club Fest and, once again, we'll have a stand.

    Details are shown below.

Please register your interest here and we'll come back to you as soon as more information and the booking link are released.

    Here's the press release:

A bold new era for UK car clubs.

Car Club Fest 2026 unites thousands for a landmark celebration of car culture.

The UK’s thriving car club scene is gearing up for its biggest and most ambitious event of 2026 as Car Club Fest takes over the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, from 14–16 August 2026

Following in the tyre tracks of the hugely successful Inter-Club Weekend in 2024, the event has accelerated into an expanded festival format — with even more space for clubs, more experiences, and an even stronger emphasis on what unites the UK’s car club community.

Powered by the theme “Stronger Together”, Car Club Fest 2026 will bring together thousands of enthusiasts to celebrate every passion within the hobby — from pre-war classics and post-war favourites to restomods and future classics.

Car Club Fest is more than a show — it’s a movement that highlights the essential role car clubs play in preserving and shaping historic vehicle culture. The festival blends large-scale club displays with immersive entertainment, including a live arena, grassroots motorsport that attendees can take part in or watch, live music, great food, traders, merch, and influencer and celebrity appearances.

“We believe this could be a game-changer for the UK club community,” says Mick Forey, Chairman of the TR Register Car Club, organisers of Car Club Fest. “It’s about unity, passion and giving clubs the spotlight they truly deserve. The response to Inter-Club Weekend proved the appetite — this is the next step, and the potential is exciting.”

All UK-based car clubs are invited to showcase their clubs, cars, and members at this festival to celebrate all that’s brilliant about car clubs and their members. The event aims to provide a venue for all the UK’s historic vehicle clubs to hold their national weekends together in a festival format. Clubs will be allocated a FREE display space to promote membership, merchandise, and more. An allocated discount code also qualifies members for early-bird discounts. Each club will retain and celebrate its own identity and vehicles at this collaborative event. If you need space for an AGM, want to run an AutoSOLO or a concours event, the event can also cater to those needs.

The event is run on a not-for-profit basis. If a surplus is made, then it will be distributed back to the participating clubs as a commission based on tickets sold against the allocated discount codes.

Last year, we earned a fraction over ÂŁ200 in commission that was donated to our partner charity,  the RAFBF.

The preferential booking window closed on  21st March 2025. Please ensure you book your place and pay your deposit on or before 21st March. This event is immensely popular and usually sells out very quickly. We were privileged to have that priority booking opportunity through our recommended supplier, Scenic Car Tours (SCT), which resulted in almost 90 people booking their places.

It's not too late to book your place but don;'t delay as you may not be able to stay or sail with the rest of us.

The popular ferry times will sell out very quickly (e.g. circa 50 car slots per crossing with circa 300 cars to fit across the popular arrival dates of Wed and Thur, meaning if you missed the preferential window, you may now be forced to travel on an entirely different day).

On a more positive note, Aston Martin is now confirmed as the 'Marque of Honour'. That means we will have pride of place in static displays and be at the front of the queue for the mountain runs, etc. That will not only look (and sound) great, but also means less chance of being caught up in any local problems that cause delays, road closures, etc. as has happened in previous years.

Finally, everyone who booked during the priority window will have first refusal when the optional extra activities become available.

So don't delay, book it today!

When booking, you need to select:

    1. Accommodation

    2. Ferry

At this stage, it looks like the popular choice will be to depart from the UK on Wed 16th Sep and return on Monday 21st Sep. You can choose to increase or decrease your stay in Step1 below.

    Step 1 - Accommodation

Book on-line at https://www.iommotoringevents.com/2026-hotels-prices-packages - N.B. This link is for AstonOwners.com only. Please do not share it with non-members.

    Key Points when booking on-line:

    • Ensure you select the 2026 booking dates and not 2025 (both are shown).
    • Choose your preferred departure: Wed 16th or Thu 17th Sep 2026.
    • Ensure you select AstonOwners.com from the drop down menu to identify where you heard about this event.
    • We recommend the Comis Hotel & Golf Resort, Mount Murray (some of our group have stayed there before and it has excellent, safe parking).
    • Other dates and accommodation options can be found on the Scenic Car Tours website using the above link.
    • The above process will require you to input your passport and vehicle details and ends with payment of a 20% deposit by debit/credit card.

    Step 2 - Ferry Crossing

After completing Step 1, call Scenic Car Tours on 01732 879153 to choose your ferry, departing from:

    • Liverpool, or
    • Heysham

Please note: There are only 3 crossings per day as shown below (hence the need to book early):

    OUTBOUND

    0215 Heysham – 0600 IOM

    1415 Heysham – 1800 IOM

    1915 Liverpool – 2200 IOM

    INBOUND

    0800 Douglas – 1145 Heysham

    1500 Douglas - 1745 Liverpool

    2000 Douglas – 2345 Heysham

    Step 3 - At a later date

There will be a choice of activities to get involved in, such as a track day, tram ride with pie dinner, fun run, etc.

You will be contacted directly by Scenic Car Tours about those choices at a later date.

Please note: You can also book over the phone on 01732 879153, Mon-Fri, 09:00 to 17:00. You will need to quote the below reference for SCT to identify you as a priority booking:

    IOMFM-C3 – 3 nights

    IOMFM-C4 – 4 nights

    IOMFM-C5 – 5 nights

    IOMFM-C6 – 6 nights

    IOMFM-C7 – 7 nights

The above list is for the Comis Hotel only. If choosing a different hotel, please advise Scenic Car Tours when calling.

If you have any questions about this event, please call Scenic Car Tours on 01732 879153 or email Steve Ellis or Andrew Fawkes.

    ________________________________________

Below is the information provided last year for reference only:

N.B. This is a placeholder to register interest only. Booking opens in February 2025.

This promises to be a spectacular event with possibly more than 65 Aston Martins from our group attending. Here's why:

    • Our deal with organisers, Scenic Car Tours, means we get ÂŁ50 off and a month's advance booking (i.e. before Joe Public can fill the remaining limited spaces).
    • Stay at the 4-star Comis Hotel & Country Club (great and safe parking).
    • Closed TT mountain section run.
    • Escorted 37 miles TT course (with excited crowds waving at the roadside).
    • 2 x Closed Sloc Mountain road runs.
    • Private informal dinner evening "Pie in the Sky" at the Victory Cafe. We will get to the cafe by exclusive use of the mountain tram.
    • Private track runs at Jurby.
    • Visit to the transport museums at Jurby.
    • 'Discover Isle of Man' Fun Run.
    • Afternoon tea at the famous Creg-Ny-Baa.
    • Photo stop at the TT pits.
    • Closing dinner for all attendees (i.e. inc. non Astons) at the Comis Hotel.

Some of the above are optional and can be specified when booking your place.

Registering your interest now will help us to plan our involvement in this event that will be hosted by Scenic Car Tours.

This is a 5-nights tour starting Wed 16th Sep 2026. However, you can flex your dates/travelling to suit you.

Ferry options are Heysham (14:15 arriving 18:00) or Liverpool (19:15, arr. 22:00).

Prices of packages, accommodation, etc. will be determined nearer the time, based on the level of interest shown. Early indications suggest around ÂŁ800pp with a deposit of 20% payable when booking.

See here for more background to this great annual event.

N.B. All of the above is subject to confirmation and some will be dependent upon sufficient numbers of AstonOwners.com subscribers attending.
