Starting Time :Station visit commences at noon

This promise to be a truly special event.
We have been invited to visit the UK's biggest RAF station, Brize Norton, hosted by 99 Squadron (

On arrival, we will have professionally-taken photos of our cars with the huge transport aircraft (C17 Globemaster and/or A400 Atlas) plus touring/learning about them.
We will be joined by RAF personnel (some of whom are classic car enthusiasts) and some of their expert teams (e.g. medical) to talk us through what they do... that most of us can't imagine!
There might be a goody bag and raffle (tbc).
The day will start by mustering at the nearby Classic Motor Hub, Bibury from 10:30.
After our visit to the station (12:00-14:00) we are planning another interesting stop before overnight and dinner (to include some of our RAF hosts) at Minster Mill (

We are limited to 25 cars.
N.B. All funds raised will be going to services charities:
The cost is £75 per car with 2 people.
It is £100 if you turn up in a non-Aston or non-classic car!
If your Aston/classic can hold more than 2 people, additional heads will be £25 each (under 16's free).
There will be a non-refundable deposit of £20 per car to secure your place.
